IEC60061-3: 7006-22D-1 E27 Gauge II for Checking Side Contact Resiliency in Lampholders
The drawing is intended only to illustrate the assential dimensions of the gauge.
(1) The sharp part of the edge of the thread shall be broken with a radius of approx. 0,5 mm.
(2) Applies outside dimension W.
(3) Applies within dimension W.
PURPOSE: To check the minimum side contact resiliency of E27 lampholders.
TESTING: the side contact(s) of the lampholder shall be electrically connected with the gauge as shown in the test-circuit.
The gauge is screwed in the lampholder with a torque of 1 Nm.
In this position the indicator lamp shall light.
The test shall be carried out after the test with the gauge for testing contact-making shown on sheet 7006-21.
